Editorial Policy

This page explains how we research, write and update content on What Time Is The Super Bowl.

Sources

We rely first on official sources: the NFL and its official announcements, then the broadcasters that hold the rights to the game. For the time zone rules in each state we use official US time zone boundaries. We do not publish rumors as facts. When something is not confirmed, such as a performer or an exact start time, the page says so.

Expected, Confirmed and Estimated

We use three clear labels. Expected means the time follows the usual pattern but the NFL has not confirmed it yet. Confirmed means it comes from an official announcement. Estimated means we calculated it from a typical game, as with halftime and end times, which also carry a ~ sign.

Updates

Each page shows the date it was last updated. We update pages when official information changes, for example when the kickoff time is confirmed, the teams are set or a performer is announced. We do not change the date unless the content has changed.

Corrections

If you find an error, tell us through the contact page. We check every report against official sources and fix confirmed errors as soon as possible.

Independence, Advertising and Affiliate Links

The site is independent and not affiliated with the NFL or any broadcaster. It is supported by display advertising and by affiliate links to ticket seller Vivid Seats. When you buy through those links we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links are always disclosed on the page where they appear. Advertisers and affiliate partners have no say in our content, and we do not publish betting promotions.
